If you submit a photo and it is not showing up make sure that:

  1. Your photo doesn't have a the private setting turned on. That will prevent for showing up to the public
  2. If that's not the case, it might take up to 10 minutes for the photo to show up on the first page. Photos are cached to make the site more responsive.
